"Not Me!" Safety and Self Defense TRAINING CLASSES

Not Me! safety and self defense training has prevented pain and saved lives for years. Carrie says, "Your training saved my life. I thank you with all my heart." High school parents say, "We want to do everything possible to make our girls safer and this training helps us do that."

We offer a variety of formats and customize content to address the specific concerns of the audience (school-age girls, mothers, realtors, senior citizens etc.).

Our training covers both prevention and how to escape from an attacker regardless of your size or strength. After our class women say they feel empowered like they never have before.
